D. Fees

The executive board will decide the membership fee each semester. Fees will be used to offset costs for fund-raisers, activities, and expenditures. The amount of the fee is subject to change..

E. Voting Regulations

For any paid member to vote they must be familiar with the issues. Discussion will be open to everyone but only active paid members may vote. A majority (51%) vote will be needed to pass any issue. Co-Coordinators will break a tie in any issue. Members must be present to be elected, nominated, and to cast a ballot. (Active membership as described above is required.)
