VI. Amendments

1. Cellular phone, beepers, and any electronic devices shall be put on silent mode during any formal meeting. Only extreme circumstances shall be allowed otherwise.
2. Three tardiness to any formal meeting will be accounted for one absence.

3. The executive board will make changes as needed on the general
membership guidelines.
