B. MEETINGS

The executive board will meet every week and attend all General Assembly meetings. At these meetings business, finances, issues, agendas, and minutes will be discussed. The executive board may autonomously meet in urgent situations. Two of the three Co-coordinators have the right to call an emergency meeting.

C. ATTENDANCE

Executive officers are to attend all meetings. When an officer is unable to attend a meeting, one must first notify the Parliamentarian of one’s absence prior to the meeting, if unable to reach her then she may notify any other officer. Absences are limited to three meetings per semester (Board and General meetings combined). When an officer has reached their three absences, then Co-Coordinators will discuss impeachment proceedings.

D. MEMBERSHIP

Executive Membership shall be opened to any person who has been active during the previous semester and agrees with the purpose and goals of M.A.R. Membership is limited to the California State University, Sacramento students. Verification should be presented four (4) weeks into the semester..
