E. FEES
Executive board must pay for the full academic year in order to hold an official office. 
F. RESIGNATIONS
If an officer decides to resign, a written letter must be submitted to the executive board one week prior to the officer’s last meeting. 
G. iMPEACHMENTS
If the Executive Board sees that an officer is not fulfilling the duty as described, the officer will be asked to resign. If the officer decides not to resign, impeachment will be a 2/3 vote of the executive board.
H. TERM LIMITATIONS
Any officer will be able to hold the same position for a maximum of two years. This does not mean that the person cannot hold other positions in the future. 
I. VOTING REGULATIONS
After missing the two previous meetings, an officer’s voting rights will be revoked for one meeting. After missing three meetings, voting rights will be revoked for the semester. Issues voted upon by the executive board need majority vote to pass on to vote by the general assembly.
